Subscription Tiers

Fractal Ascension offers three subscription tiers:

Basic ($4.99/month): 1 video upload per week
Premium ($14.99/month): 3 videos per week, vlogs, blogs, directory listings
Enterprise ($49.99/month): Unlimited content, merchant shop, PlacesRewards access

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Content Guidelines

All user-submitted content must:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not infringe on intellectual property rights
Not contain offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material
Be accurate and not misleading

All content is subject to admin approval before publication. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Fractal Ascension a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

E-Commerce Terms (Enterprise Tier)

Enterprise tier members who operate merchant shops agree to:

Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing
Fulfill orders in a timely manner
Handle customer service for their products
Comply with all applicable e-commerce regulations

Fractal Ascension processes payments but is not responsible for merchant fulfillment or product quality.

Limitation of Liability

Fractal Ascension shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
